- IP-Adresse
- Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
- aufgerufene Seite oder Datei
- übertragene Datenmenge und HTTP-Statuscode
- Browsertyp, Browserversion und Betriebssystem
- zuvor besuchte Seite (Referrer-URL)
8. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben gegenüber uns folgende Rechte:
- Auskunft über Ihre gespeicherten Daten (Art. 15 DSGVO)
- Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten (Art. 16 DSGVO)

Privacy policy
The protection of your personal data matters to us. Here you can find out which data we process when you visit this website and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider. When the page is accessed, the server automatically processes data that your browser transmits (server log files):
- IP address
- date and time of access
- page or file accessed
- amount of data transferred and HTTP status code
- browser type, browser version and operating system
- previously visited page (referrer URL)
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to operate it securely. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). The log files are only stored for as long as is necessary for these purposes and are then deleted, unless longer storage is necessary for security reasons. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
3. No cookies, no tracking
We do not use cookies or any analytics, tracking or marketing services. We do not store anything in your browser’s storage either.
If you change the language and then open this page, your choice (DE or EN) is only passed on as part of the address. It is not stored.
4. Fonts and external content
The website uses the fonts already installed on your device. All components, including the 3D animation, are delivered from our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or any other third party.
5. Request form
You can use the form to request a quote. It asks for your name, your phone number, your email address, the service you need and, if you choose “Something else”, your description of the service.
The website itself neither stores nor transmits this information. When you click “Send via WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message containing your details. When you click “Send via email”, your email app opens with a prepared email. In both cases you decide whether to send the message. Sections 6 and 7 apply to any further processing.
We process your details in order to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), and for general enquiries Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Providing this information is voluntary. Without it, however, we cannot process your request. We delete the data as soon as the request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example retention periods under commercial and tax law if a contract is concluded.
6. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If you contact us directly, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR).
The “Request assembly” buttons and the WhatsApp links are plain links. Only when you click them does WhatsApp open with a prepared message; no data is transferred to WhatsApp before that. You decide whether to send the message.
WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, a company of the Meta group. If you write to us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your phone number, your profile name, the content of the messages and metadata (e.g. time). The content is end-to-end encrypted. Metadata may be transferred to the USA; such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, and for general enquiries Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. More information: WhatsApp privacy policy. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, you can reach us by email or phone.
7. Recipients and storage period
We only pass on your data where this is necessary to handle your request or where there is a legal obligation. Recipients may be our hosting provider, our email provider (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for Gmail) and, if you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited. In these cases a transfer to the USA is possible; it is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR). Otherwise, no data is transferred to countries outside the EU and the EEA.
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention periods.
8. Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to us:
- access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, please contact us at the address given above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), which is responsible for our registered office.
9. Data security
Transmission between your browser and our website is encrypted with TLS. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
